At JLD, we want you to love your new style, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel in original condition with tags attached. Please note that certain items like intimate wear and final sale pieces are non-returnable for hygiene and clearance reasons.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
